This leadership training will focus on 6 key tools for leading groups

6 Key Tools:

  1. Listening to and Obeying God
  2. Being an ALL-IN Teammate
  3. Sharing Your Story
  4. Leading a Simple and Dynamic Bible Study
  5. Creating an Empowering Culture
  6. Sharing the Gospel

Details of Leadership Training

  • Each meeting is 1 hour and 15 minutes long
  • 15 minutes: fellowship and updates
  • 10 minutes: teaching
  • 50 minutes: discussion and next steps
  • College Leadership Training –– 5pm HST
  • Coaches Leadership Training ––6:30pm HST
  • High School Leadership Training –– 8:00pm HST
