Bill Harrison

William “Bill” Harrison received his Bachelor of Arts, Master’s in American Studies and Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. He maintains an active, high visibility law practice dedicated to assisting those charged with criminal offenses and those who have suffered losses resulting from personal injuries.


While an undergraduate, Bill lettered in wrestling at U.H. After graduation Bill coached high school athletics and as Head Coach of the PAC-5 Wrestling team, Bill earned the honor of being named “ ILH Coach of the Year in 1991.”


Bill is significantly involved in his community. He has served as President of the Hawai`i Chapter of the Christian Legal Society; Chair of the Hawaiʻi Judicial Selection Commission; Chair of the Criminal Section, Hawai`i State Bar Association, Judicial Administrative Committee; Oahu Director of the Hawai`i State Bar Association and President of the Domestic Violence Action Center. He is also a founding member of the Hawai`i Innocence Project, William S. Richardson School of Law, where he taught as an Adjunct Professor.



He and his wife Raiatea are members of Huikala Baptist Church in Honolulu.
